A little story about the band or the album:

Throw The Goat are a 4 piece heavy rock band from Southern California. Most
of the band are from a small mountain town called Idyllwild (population
3,874). Throughout the years Tim (drums), Johnny (rhythm guitar/vocals) Mike
(bass/lead vocals) and Brian (lead guitar/vocals) played in various bands,
sometimes together, and relocated from Idyllwild to different places around
the globe: Oregon, Washington, New York, Norway, Costa Rica and England to
name a few. In June of 2011 all four happened to be back in Idyllwild at the
same time with the desire to start a band. The chemistry after the first jam
was undeniable. Throw The Goat was born. After a handful of very successful
hometown shows and a new demo – completely self-recorded, self-mixed and
self pressed – Throw The Goat are ready to hit the ground running. Stoned
Sun Vibrations called Throw The Goat’s new demo “Great stoner/heavy rock
with a lot of rock’n'roll energy, punk influences and great swampy vocals…
A good slab of high voltage, enjoyable music… I’ll keep an eye on them for
sure.”

‘Creatures of Habit’ is the new project from Id Obelus and Richard Cook. These two Indiana natives have been making rap music independently since the early to mid 80’s. On this their debut album together, Richard Cook provides the beats while both mc’s showcase their unique lyrical skills. The album provides an onslaught of self deprecation, braggadocio, and tidbits of off kilter subject matter. These two veteran mc’s go off on a rant of epic proportions, tackling subjects that most “Local Cats” consider taboo. This album captures the essence of the music they grew up on and; at the same time, is not your typical throwback rap. If any of this interests you in the least bit, please investigate the situation further.

Their new album is absolutely FREE! Click ‘Buy Now’ and name your price @ $0.
